Louisville, KY -
(WAVE) - A dedication was held today to celebrate the opening of the U of L Center at Kosair Charities at 1405 Burnett Ave. It's mission is to focus its research, education and care to help people with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The University of Louisville and Kosair Charities are partnering to create a space for the center through a charitable lease of the facility at the Kosair Charities Centre.
"This is really big for the university - there are so many important things going on in the autism area from education to clinical activities to research to outreach but this really gives us a home to bring them all together," said U of L President James Ramsey before the ceremony.
