Dr. Kheang Un publishes article for the 'Asia Pacific Bulletin!'
Dr. Kheang Un has published an article on for the East West Center's 'Asia Pacific Bulletin.' The article analyzes Cambodia's democratic shift starting with UN sponsored elections of 1993 through the parliamentary elections held in 2008. Dr. Un, who was born in Cambodia, is a Visiting Fellow at the Center for Asian Democracy. In addition to this publication, Dr. Un is working on a book covering Cambodian elections. In April, Dr. Un will present select pieces of his research on this subject as part of the Center's Scholarly Speaker Series.
