2009-2010 Initiatives
The IEI Program began in Fall of 2009, with four interns:
- Heather Cruikshank (Fall semester only)
- Silvia Gozzini, Sociology and Psychology major
- Emily Nordling, English and History major with a concentration in creative fiction
- Isaiah Wiles, Liberal Studies major with a concentration in Social Change

Collaboration with C.O.N.E.C.T. on the “Privilege Walk” program.

Film viewing and discussion of Jane Elliot’s Blue-Eyed Documentary.
Interns also experienced extraordinary opportunities to have dinner and dialogue with Jane Elliot and tea with Frances Kendall during the 2009 – 2010 year.
