    What they are

    The Inclusive Campus Environments are small, consistent groups of staff dedicated to creating environments that are inclusive and equitable for all.

    These informal groups will meet monthly over lunch to discuss topics, films, or readings on a variety of topics, as well as share ideas and strategies, and provide mutual support.

    What purposes they serve

    This initiative of the A&S Office of International, Diversity, and Outreach Programs has three primary objectives:

    1. To support ongoing staff development regarding inclusive and equitable practices in the workplace;
    2. To cultivate a safe space for open discussion of successes and challenges in the workplace; and
    3. To develop a community of knowledgeable multicultural staff who can serve as role-models and resources for other staff.
