Professor Byers, Chair, called the meeting to order.

The minutes of the Assembly of April 20, 2007, were approved as distributed.

Professor Dietrich moved approval of the graduates of August 2007 and of the candidates for graduation for December 2007, pending successful completion of all requirements. The motion carried unanimously.

Approval of the Graduate Certificate in Medieval and Renaissance Studies was moved and seconded by the Curriculum Committee and the Planning and Budget Committee. Hearing no call for discussion, the Chair put the question and the motion to approve carried unanimously.

Approval of the M.S. in Applied Geography was moved and seconded by the Curriculum Committee and the Planning and Budget Committee. Discussion included Professor Leichty, Chair of Planning and Budget, in support of the program. Hearing no call for further discussion, the Chair put the question and the motion to approve carried unanimously.

Approval of the M.A. in Anthropology was moved and seconded by the Curriculum Committee and the Planning and Budget Committee. Hearing no call for discussion, the Chair put the question and the motion to approve carried unanimously.

A motion to adjourn having been made and seconded, the Chair put the questions and the Assembly was adjourned.
