Axton Reading Series:  Terrance Hayes

The Anne and William Axton Reading Series presented by the University of Louisville English Department

Terrance Hayes, poet and Carnegie Mellon University associate professor of creative writing. He has published three poetry collections: "Muscular Music," "Wind in a Box" and "Hip Logic," which won the National Poetry Series. He has won several fellowships and awards, including a Pushcart Prize, and been published in The New Yorker, Poetry and other journals and magazines.
