Tracy K'MeyerTracy K'Meyer is Professor and Chair of the Department of History and the Co-Director of the Oral History Center. Drawing on over 100 oral history interviews with local people, Dr. K'Meyer will recount the story of desegregation in Louisville and Jefferson County Public Schools. She will also explore current contrasts and tensions concerning how we as a community remember that struggle. How does public memory influence the debate over where we go from here?
