Before contacting us about a possible network-related problem, check our News page and IT's current reported outages page to see if the problem you are experiencing is already known.

The technical support team can be reached at 852-2528 or by email (use this form or just type astech in GroupWise). If you call and reach our voicemail, please be sure to include your name, phone number, room number (if applicable), and department.

If you are forwarding a virus-infected email to us, please do so as an attachment. We can only trace emails to the originating computer if the email is forwarded to us as an attachment.
