A&S Peer Advisor Application

Peer Advisors are needed to work for the College of Arts and Sciences. Applications due by February 14th, 2014 @ 5:00 PM.

Do you authorize the Arts and Sciences Advising Center to view your records (including your transcript) for purposes of employment?

As a CAPS leader, you will be responsible for answering a various range of student questions via email. Please respond to the question below as if one of your students sent this message to you during the summer.

Dear CAPS leader, At Orientation I got pumped about going to UofL, but I feel like things aren’t going very well since then. I signed up for a bunch of clubs and stuff, but nobody has emailed me about them yet...

And trying to deal with all this stuff I’ve got to do before classes starts is really frustrating. Is it always like this or is it just me?

I have read and understand the PA position description and requirements for employment and agree to abide by all terms if accepted. Furthermore, I acknowledge that the information contained in this application is factual.
