One on One Mentoring
All incoming freshmen (mentee) will be paired with an upperclassman (mentor).
**Meet with your mentor at least 3 times per semester**
- Discuss concerns, successes, and contribute suggestions
- Give guidance and advice regarding your social life, academics, and personal issues
- Be a university resource for you
- Maintain a confidentiality contract with mentees
