are enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences, AND
are pursuing a degree offered by the College of Arts and Sciences, AND
have completed at least 50 hours toward an Associate's degree or 90 hours toward a Bachelor's degree.

Those not in these categories are encouraged to seek advising from their major department.
