Rachel Singel

Assistant Professor


Rachel Singel grew up on a small farm outside of Charlottesville, Virginia. Her work is inspired by what she sees in nature. Rachel has participated in residencies at the Penland School of Crafts, the Venice Printmaking Studio, and the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica. In summer 2018, she will be traveling to Spain for a residency at Art Print Residence in Barcelona and continuing to learn about non-toxic printmaking in an international workshop.
