Description: Featuring "The Adytum" by Lexi Bass and "Dame, Doilies & Divorce" Tenille Novinger. Both artists are MA graduate candidates for Spring 2012.
Subject: Art Exhibit
Description: The exhibition will display artwork in a variety of mediums of those students graduating this May with a Bachelor in Fine Arts from the Hite Art Institute. The Exhibition will open with a reception and remarks on April 12 at the Hite Art Institute Galleries located in Schneider Hall on Belknap Campus from 5:30-7:30pm.

Description: An exhibition opportunity for alumni from last decade (2000-2010).
The Department of Fine Arts, University of Louisville is happy to announce an exhibition opportunity for alumni who graduated during the last decade (2000-2010). This exhibition, in conjunction with the Bob Thompson Exhibition at the Cressman Center for Visual Arts, October 5 through November 11, 2012, is part of the 75th Anniversary celebration of the founding of the Department of Fine Arts, University of Louisville. Other anniversary events that will coincide with these exhibitions will be announced in early September.

works by Julius Friedman and a series of educational workshops, lectures and fundraising events from May 31-July 7, 2012.

Subject: Art Exhibit
Description: Lennon Michalski's work has been shown internationally in group shows in Mexico, Colombia, and China. He is a painter and digital video artist from Kentucky. Michalski earned his Master of Fine Arts degree in Painting and Digital Media from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Since graduating Lennon’s imagery conveys atmospheres full of danger, beauty, and comedy, with strange machines, surreal animals, and abstract figures. Lennon was recently named one of the top 100 Southern Artists by Oxford American. He presently teaches in the College of Art at University of Kentucky.
