Making It: Now - alumni opportunity
An exhibition opportunity for alumni from last decade (2000-2010). The Department of Fine Arts, University of Louisville is happy to announce an exhibition opportunity for alumni who graduated during the last decade (2000-2010). This exhibition, in conjunction with the Bob Thompson Exhibition at the Cressman Center for Visual Arts, October 5 through November 11, 2012, is part of the 75th Anniversary celebration of the founding of the Department of Fine Arts, University of Louisville. Other anniversary events that will coincide with these exhibitions will be announced in early September.

Submission Information
The Schneider Hall Galleries will host Making It: Now, an alumni exhibition of work by artists and designers who have graduated in the last decade (2000-2010) and who are active in the field of art and design. To have your work considered for this exhibition please submit:
1. 5-10 images of current work
All images, jpegs only, file names should be name of artist/designer & number of work, examples: JohnSmith1, JohnSmith2, images must be no larger that 800 pixels in either direction.
2. Image List
Must include and indicate artwork that would be available for this exhibition. Please include medium, size, and year created.
3. Resume
Please make sure to include degree, area and year graduated as well as all “professional practices”: education and professional studies, art-related employment, exhibitions, awards, etc. in your resume.

Video artists can submit DVD, video list and resume by mail: Art Alumni Invitational, Department of Fine Arts, 104 Schneider Hall, University of Louisville, Louisville, KY 40292 but please be aware that all other information including “invitation to exhibit” will be by email.
Due to spatial constraints and the need to represent all areas of the Department of Fine Arts decisions will be based on quality of work and continued professional practices.
