Intra-University Transfer (IUT) Form
For degree-seeking undergraduate students who are currently enrolled at the University of Louisville that wish to transfer to another school/college at the University of Louisville should complete an IUT Request Form.

A&S Advising
Find the General Educations Requirements Course List, schedule an appointment with an advisor, plan and apply your degree, get academic assistance etc.

Admissions & Appeals Committee
The College of Arts and Sciences Admissions and Appeals Committee is comprised of A&S faculty who will review a student petition.
