Dr. Jianhua (Andrew) Zhao presented a paper at the 6th International Symposium on Entrepreneurship and Family Business in Hangzhou, China. The paper, "Toward a New Familial Mode of Production: Culture and Efficiency in a Family Firm in Zhejiang," is authored by Dr. Zhao in cooperation with Dr. Ling Chen, Professor of Management at Zhejiang University. It examines the impact of changing family structures in contemporary China on the organization of a family firm in Zhejiang province.
