The research skills and broad mindset, that I honed during my 6 years with the UofL Anthropology Department, are positively vital to my job today. As a executive assistant, it is my job to coordinate and manage the travel, expenses, and overall necessities for six Executive Directors, Partners, and Principles within the firm. This involves calculating multiples success scenarios every day and constantly being adaptive to any situation. Additionally, my job involves thinking outside of the box and utilizing any tools at my disposal, to uncover answers to questions I am asked. These are all skills I acquired throughout my time in UofL's Anthropology Department.
