AM Metals Production

This training is designed to be attended by supervisors, lead workers, managers, employees, and anyone responsible for AM Metals Production.

Students will acquire an increased level of understanding in the following areas:

  • Build Planning
  • Build Setup
  • Support Generation
  • Powder Handling
  • Stress Relief/Heat Treat
  • Build plate re-manufacturing and inspection
  • Materials and parameter development
  • Build removal (removing the parts from the build plate)
  • Post processing (Support removal, machining)
  • Part finishing

This guided training program delivers hands-on training in all aspects of the upstream and downstream AM Metals Production Process. This training will gives you the tools to build AM parts safely and correctly.
