Are you a UofL graduate who would like an @louisville.edu email address? The University of Louisville's Office of Information Technology is offering louisville.edu email forwarding to qualified UofL alumni. Through this service, any emails sent to a graduate’s @louisville.edu address are forwarded to a specified email account.

For example, UofL graduate Joanna Johnson's UofL email address is joanna.johnson@louisville.edu. Emails sent to joanna.johnson@louisville.edu are forwarded to her Yahoo account, joanna.johnson@yahoo.com.

FIRST: try the transfer process found at the self-service ULINK Portal. Sign in using your old UofL userid and password. The Help Desk can assist you in determining your credentials at 502-852-7997 or by email at helpdesk@louisville.edu.

Only if your prior account is completely purged, or you're not sure if you're eligible, and you still want to get a @louisville.edu email address, then fill out this form below and we’ll get back with you ASAP to verify your alumni status and your email name availability.
