Lt. Colonel Kevin “Yitzhak” Raybine

Job Description

Commands, leads, directs, and manages an AFROTC unit that administers a college-level officer training program.  Serves as senior Air Force officer at geographically separated unit--ultimately determines who is commissioned.  Chairs Department of Aerospace Studies with university status of full professor.  Manages a unit budget of $100K.  Instructs freshman-level through senior-level courses on the Foundations of the USAF and National Security Affairs.

About Lt Col Raybine

Lt Col Raybine is a former instructor, Department of Military Strategic Studies, United States Air Force Academy, Colorado.  His previous assignment was a Commander Cadet Squadron One at the Air Force Academy.  Commissioned through R.O.T.C at the University of Maine in 1990, Lt Col Raybine began his active duty experience as a personnel officer stationed at George AFB CA and Langley AFB, VA.  Lt Col Raybine has served in flying operations positions throughout the United States and South West Asia, to include A-10 operations at Moody and Kuwait, B-2 operations during OPERATION Enduring Col RaybineFreedom and OPERATION Iraqi Freedom while stationed at Whiteman AFB,  MO.
