Determining Your Academic Standing

  • Your Academic Standing is based on the minimum grade point average required in your academic unit for Good Standing.

  • If you have met or exceeded the minimum GPA required in your academic unit, you are considered to be in Good Standing.

  • The first semester you fall below the minimum GPA in your academic unit, you will be placed on Academic Warning.

  • For readmission procedures, please consult your unit's academic advising center.

  • Although this information is provided as a general reference, you are encouraged to consult the Undergraduate Catalog for a comprehensive explanation of the academic policies for your unit.
