State of Kentucky Launches 15 to Finish

15 to Finish encourages Kentucky college students to graduate on time by completing a minimum of 15 credit hours per semester (30 credit hours per year). Students who take less than 15 credit hours per semester don't typically finish on time, adding the costs of extra semesters.
