Humana
Use the site to review your 2007 medical claim history to help you decide which health plan is right for you in 2008. This site has lists of doctors and hospitals in the Humana network that are available under UofL health plans. MyHumana.com has other features you can use throughout the year.
Express Preview
Use the Express Preview site to help you estimate your pharmacy costs for 2008 and to explore ways to save money. It also has lists of pharmacies that are in the Express Scripts network.
FSA Planning
Chard, Snyder & Associates has a worksheet (pdf) to help you determine the amount you need to place in a health care flexible spending account. You can access your 2007 medical expenses online at MyHumana.com. The Express Scripts Preview tool will give you information on drug costs.
Use the Health Insurance Waiver Flexible Spending Worksheet (pdf) if you waive health coverage and want to reallocate some or all of the money into a dependent care account.
Technical Needs for Open Enrollment
Equipment: A computer connected to the Internet (Macintosh is not compatible with system)
Internet Explorer: Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.

Computers Available on Campus
If you do not have access to a computer connected to the Internet (MacIntosh/Apple not recommended) and with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, computers will be available on these dates:
- Room 110, Abell Building, Health Sciences Center, Oct. 29, 30, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
- Human Resources Department, Belknap Campus, Oct. 23, 24, 25, Nov. 1, 2, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Human Resources staff will be on hand to help you through the enrollment process and to answer questions.
Benefit vendors on site during open enrollment
Representatives from Humana, Anthem Dental, Express Scripts (pharmacy), Chard-Snyder (flexible spending), Anthem Vision and Get Healthy Now will be on site during open enrollment to answer questions:

Free Shuttle Service for Thursday, Oct. 25, and Friday, Nov. 2
A shuttle will run from HSC to Belknap Campus Thursday, Oct. 25, and Friday, Nov. 2, starting from HSC at 8:45 a.m. and departing the last time from Belknap at 4:30 p.m. UofL ID card required.
Pick-up and drop-off on HSC will be on Preston Street at the Medical School Plaza.
Pick-up and drop-off on Belknap will be on the corner of Arthur and Brandeis streets.
