Readmission Requirements

If you have not attended any other college since leaving U of L, have been out less than 2 years, and wish to return to the same academic unit, you may be eligible to complete a "Request to Re-enroll" form. Please check with your advising center. Former University College or Transitional Studies students, students who were visitors, students who were dismissed or who attended another college since leaving U of L must reapply.

Complete the Application for Undergraduate Admission
Pay your Application Fee of $30 US dollars. If an online Application is completed, the application fee must be submitted with the on-line application.
Submit your official transcript(s):
Official transcripts from EACH college or university that has been attended since enrollment at U of L.
If you are applying for readmission because you were dismissed from U of L or another college, a petition form is also required. Forms are avaliable in the Office of Admissions. Deadlines vary from unit to unit.
