Fee Waivers

If your University of Louisville application fee was waived (at the time of submission) then you are eligible for the reduced online orientation rate of $20. Information regarding the status of your UofL admissions application fee is preloaded into our electronic registration system. If you received a university approved admissions application waiver you will see $20 appear in your online orientation payment box. Again, this information will be preloaded for approved students.

Cancellation Policy

Orientation cancellations received by midnight October 15, 2009 will receive a 100% refund. You must submit your orientation cancellation in writing to admitme@louisville.edu (put "orientation" in the subject line). Any cancellations received by midnight October 23, 2009 will receive a 50% refund. **PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be given for cancellations made after November 1, 2009.

Credit cards used to submit the orientation fee will be credited any refunds approved.
