Testing Info
If you have to take a placement test prior to starting academic work at UofL, there are several opportunities available. The language placement test in Spanish, French, German or Russian is available to take any time online. The math exams, the reading exam, and the CLEP exams are available to take at the Office of Testing Services any time prior to course registration by appointment. We highly recommend that local students contact the Office of Testing Services to schedule an appointment to take these exams prior to orientation. However, there will be time during Orientation to complete the tests before the program begins. If you have to take a math and/or reading test, your Orientation confirmation will include your testing information and assigned time to take the exam(s).
