Fee Waivers
If your University of Louisville application fee was waived (at the time of application submission) then you are eligible for the reduced orientation rate of $55. Information regarding the status of your UofL admissions application fee is preloaded into our electronic registration system. If you received a university approved admissions application waiver you will see $55 appear in your orientation payment box. Again, this information will be preloaded for approved students. Family members of students with an application fee waiver will be required to pay the full Family Orientation program fee of $40 per family member attending.
Cancellation Policy
An Orientation Refund Request must be received by May 1, 2012 at midnight to receive a 100 % refund. Cancellations received by May 25, 2012 at midnight will receive a 50 % refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 25, 2012. Refunds will be credited to the method used to submit the orientation registration fee.
