New Student Orientation Fee Waivers & Cancellation Policies

Fee Waivers

If your University of Louisville application fee was waived (at the time of submission) then you are eligible for the reduced July orientation rate of $25. Information regarding the status of your UofL admissions application fee is preloaded into our electronic registration system. If you received a university approved admissions application waiver you will see $25 appear in your orientation payment box. Again, this information will be preloaded for approved students. Parents of students with an application fee waiver will be required to pay the Parent Orientation program fee.

Cancellation Policy

Orientation cancellations received by midnight July 15, 2009 will receive a 50% refund. You must submit your orientation cancellation in writing to admitme@louisville.edu (put orientation in the subject line). In order to be eligible for any refund, your request must be received 10 or more days before your scheduled session. **PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be given for cancellations made after July 15, 2009. All refunds will be processed AFTER July 31, 2009. All refunds will be charged back to the credit card used to register for orientation.
