New Student Orientation Fee Waivers & Cancellation Policies

Fee Waivers
If your University of Louisville application fee was waived (at the time of submission) then you are eligible for the reduced orientation rate of $50. Information regarding the status of your UofL admissions application fee is preloaded into our electronic registration system. If you received a university approved admissions application waiver you will see $50 appear in your orientation payment box. Again, this information will be preloaded for approved students. Parents of students with an application fee waiver will be required to pay the Parent Orientation program fee.
Change of Session
Be sure that you look at your academic calendar, graduation events and family commitments before you register for orientation. Remember orientation reservations are reviewed on a first come first serve basis. When you make a change to your session we can’t guarantee that your new date will be available. You may submit one orientation session change request. Any changes after that will be assessed a $25 change fee.
Cancellation Policy
Orientation cancellations received by midnight May 12, 2008
will receive a 100% refund. You must submit your orientation cancellation in writing to admitme@louisville.edu (put
orientation in the subject line).
Any
cancellations received by midnight June 1, 2008 will receive a 50%
refund. In order to be eligible for any refund, your request must be received 10 or more days before your scheduled session. **PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be given for
cancellations made after June 1, 2008. All refunds will be processed AFTER July 7, 2008.
