How do I join ULtra?

Simple. To join the ULtra program, email the service account () stating that you would like to join. You will be emailed the steps to complete the process.

How do I schedule an advising appointment with an ULtra advisor?

Visit the ULtra website home page, scroll down, and select “Book” on the advisor that would be the most helpful for you

Do I qualify for ULtra?

If you are an enrolled student at JCTCs (Jefferson Community Technical College), have registered and begun attending classes.

How do I get a Cardinal Card?

After officially becoming an ULtra student, you will receive an email within 5- 7 days with the instructions on how to obtain your Cardinal Card.

I want to take classes at the University of Louisville through ULtra, how do I do that?

Through Metroversity! Every semester ULtra hosts priority registration for Metroversity and during this week, you need to schedule an appointment with your advisor to register. *Keep in mind that with Metroversity you must be a full-time student with a total of at least 12 credit hours*

How long does the ULtra program last?

If you are still a JCTCs student with the intention to transfer to UofL (University of Louisville). There is no set time the program lasts for individual students

How do I stop participating in ULtra?

Email the service account () stating that you would like to opt-out of the program, and you will be sent the electronic document to complete the process.

Is ULtra free?

Unfortunately, the ULtra program is NOT free. There is a semester fee of $40. This fee will be charged to your JCTCs Bursar account. If you are a registered ULtra participant and you do not pay this fee after the due date, there will be a financial hold on your academic account. This does not allow you to register for courses in the following semester until paid.
