Summer Visitor 2011
Interested in taking a class as a summer visitor at UofL? You have found the right place! Many students attending other institutions decide to pick up a class or two while home for the summer. All you need to do is complete an application for admission online and pay the $40 application fee. When you do, make sure you indicate that will be a "non-degree" and a "college visitor." We will process your application in 2-4 business days.
Registration for visiting students will begin April 15 via ULink. For information on how to access your ULink account, please visit: louisville.edu/admissions/activate. View summer tuition rates. If you would like to know what classes to take or how courses will transfer back to your degree program, please contact your academic adviser at your home institution.
If you are applying to take lower-level classes through the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Business, or the College of Education, your application and fee is all that is required (no transcripts or other materials necessary). If you are applying to take restricted Engineering courses or 300/400 level Business courses, you are required to submit all college transcripts; please keep in mind that an admission decision may take longer.
