Students visiting another institution

UofL students who wish to enroll in courses at another institution must obtain permissions from their academic unit. Students need to obtain a visiting student letter from their academic advisor and submit the letter to UofL's Registrar's Office in order for the credits taken at another institution (while enrolled as a UofL student) to be accepted. Speed School students must receive permission from the Dean of Academic Affairs using the request for a visiting student letter  form.

Upon completion of the course at another institution the transcript should be submitted to the Registrar's Office who then supplies our Transfer Articulation Office with the documents allowing us to post the student's work from another institution.

Questions? Write  admitme@louisville.edu and put 'articulation' in the subject line.
