Returning Student Requirements


If you have not attended any other college since leaving UofL, have been out less than two years, and wish to return to the same academic unit, you may be eligible to complete a Request to Re-enroll form. Please check with your advising center. Students who were visitors, students who were dismissed, or students who attended another college since leaving UofL must reapply.

  1. Complete the Application for Undergraduate Admission
  2. Pay your application fee of $50 dollars (non-refundable).
  3. Submit your official transcript(s): official transcripts from EACH college or university that has been attended since enrollment at UofL.

If you are applying for readmission because you were dismissed from UofL or another college, a petition form is also required.  Deadlines vary from unit to unit.
