The goal of the Parking Division of the University of Louisville Department of Public Safety is to provide equitable and quality service to the university community through the following activities:

• Provide safe and well maintained campus parking facilities
• Provide pleasant and courteous customer service
• Provide parking enforcement that promotes voluntary compliance with parking regulations
• Provide for efficient and service-oriented sales of campus parking permits
• Encourage alternative means of transportation to and from the University
• Provide service to stranded motorists on campus
• Provide proactive planning for campus parking needs
• Provide timely and accurate parking-related management information and reports
