Self Defense

This course is not for people wanting to learn marshal arts. It is not for people wanting to learn to use guns or pepper spray. It is not just for people who are strong or physically fit. This is a program for normal people of all shapes, sizes, and ages who want to learn simple skills that can help them deal with the most common attacks.

Participants will learn:

  • The most likely victims and the most common attacks
  • Non-physical self-defense techniques: what to watch for, what to say, and what to do
  • Physical techniques: simple, quick and effective ways to escape attacks and defend yourself

Instructor: Michael King Bio
