Loss Prevention for Businesses

Security and Loss Prevention practices should be an integral part of every business unit's day-to-day operations. Businesses lose millions every year due to shoplifting, internal theft, and workplace violence. Losses can be prevented or reduced by conducting a risk assessment of your facilities and by utilizing the proper loss prevention policies, procedures and practices.

This four day course will address these issues and many more. Attendees will participate in a practical, hands-on exercise during which you will conduct a risk  assessment of a local business.

- Conduct an on-site risk assessment of local businesses

- Utilize proper loss prevention policies and procedures

- Recognize warning signs of workplace violence
